As a business association, VINO ŽUPA was established as a result of primordial cooperative need of workers and farmers to launch grapes and fruit products in surrounding areas, and establishing the railway opened even further destinations. While Europe was shaken by Filoksere fever, it clearly was in favor of the cooperative. Župa wine, the sparkle, the lighthouse of cooperation in this area was a natural occurrence, in earlier decades witnessed to be the only way towards world quality and new knowledge regarding business technologies area and production of grapes and continental fruit products.

Six decades isn’t much, but six decades is worth of admiration on a safe way towards future, which today can be named as victory and a clear step towards better tomorrow.

We have fought, fell, succeeded and rejoiced; there were dry years but also lucky ones; moans could be heard, but also the songs were sung according to the rhythm, and whispers of wines in cellars, and not to mention songs of coachmen who got off their heavy coaches, down the hills, towards the mother- VINO ZUPA to sell happiness and by the morning they could joyfully consummate the vines full of various kinds of Zupa grapes.
